Mentoring process
Initial consultation
The initial consultation is a mandatory component of the mentoring process and forms the starting point for any potential collaboration. Participation is non-binding with regard to further steps; however, the appointment itself is binding and must be scheduled by both parties. The aim of the consultation is to understand the personal or professional concerns, clarify expectations, and assess whether a viable mentoring relationship can be established.
Mentoring agreement
During this exchange, thematic priorities, areas for development, objectives, the understanding of mentoring, and the timeframe are defined. Organizational aspects such as the location, duration, and frequency of meetings are also determined. If a shared working basis emerges, a mentoring agreement is drawn up. This agreement formally establishes the objectives, the planned process, and the overarching framework.
Personal Development Plan
Each mentoring program is individually tailored to the mentee's specific life, educational, or professional situation. The focus is on reflection, broadening perspectives, sharing experiences, and providing personal guidance. If needed, interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with relevant agencies, organizations, or educational institutions are possible.
Tailor-made mentoring offers
We also develop customized mentoring programs for companies, schools, and institutions – tailored to specific questions, target groups, and development goals. On-site delivery is also available upon request.
