Respiratory regulation
Breath regulation is a scientifically based method for consciously regulating one's own breathing. Through targeted breath analysis and individualized training methods, breathing patterns are visualized and sustainably improved. Our breath therapy coaches are trained in the method of the Swiss breath educator Ilse Middendorf (Breath Institute Switzerland, Bern) and combine this mindfulness-based approach with modern coaching practices. In this way, our participants learn to consciously control their breathing and bring body and mind into balance – for example, in cases of stress, exhaustion, sleep problems, or mental restlessness. At VITALIS, breath regulation is frequently combined with coaching or mentoring to promote inner peace, strengthen concentration, and fully develop one's energy potential.
