Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a scientifically recognized method for the targeted regulation of brain activity. Using EEG measurements, electrical signals from the brain are recorded and fed back in real time. This allows our participants to consciously influence their neural processes and improve the brain's self-regulation – for example, in cases of attention deficit disorders, stress, sleep problems, or emotional tension. At VITALIS, neurofeedback is frequently used in combination with coaching or mentoring to specifically enhance mental performance and optimally develop personal potential.

Increased concentration skills

Neurofeedback trains the brain to stay focused and better block out distractions. This allows tasks to be completed more efficiently, in a more structured way, and with sustained attention – a crucial advantage in today's demanding professional world.

Performance optimization

Neurofeedback strengthens creativity, resilience, and leadership skills. In combination with life or career coaching, it helps individuals to develop their full performance potential and remain successful in the long term.

Increased self-awareness

Participants develop a better understanding of their own mental states and reaction patterns. This awareness forms the basis for personal growth and sustainable behavioral change.

Improved stress regulation

Through targeted brain activity training, participants learn to recognize stress signals early and actively counteract them. This promotes calmness, composure, and stable performance even in challenging situations.

Sleep quality and regeneration

Neurofeedback can help reduce difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep by teaching the brain to switch into a relaxed state. Improved sleep quality not only enhances recovery but also improves concentration, mood, and performance in everyday life.

Increased emotional stability

Neurofeedback supports the regulation of emotional reactions and helps maintain inner balance. This has a positive effect on communication, team dynamics, and decision-making processes.
