Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a medically recognized method that aims to help individuals gain the ability to consciously control otherwise unconscious bodily processes. We offer our clients targeted support through biofeedback and neurofeedback . Some biofeedback parameters include skin conductance, temperature, and muscle tension.

Stress and burnout

Biofeedback has proven to be an effective method for combating stress and burnout. It allows for conscious counteracting of stress by visualizing the experience of stress.

Profession

Tension, inner restlessness, or anxiety can hinder professional life and impair success. Especially in management, competitive conditions can be compared to athletic competitions. Besides management, biofeedback is also increasingly in demand within the framework of workplace health management.

Seeks

Visual stimuli, here triggers (such as the image of a cigarette), give one the opportunity to confront the addiction through biofeedback in order to learn self-control in relation to an addiction trigger.

ADHD

EEG biofeedback (neurofeedback) is used very successfully in the treatment of ADHD. The goal is to increase the energy content of the spontaneous EEG in the beta band (i.e., to improve attention).

Sleep disorders

A combination of breathing and EMG biofeedback enables those affected to practice relaxation. This allows sleep to be actively induced. In this way, the body is consciously brought into a state of rest.

migraine

Two different approaches are used to find better ways to manage migraines: hand warming exercises and conscious control of the temporal arteries (vasoconstriction training).
