General terms and conditions of business

The services offered are always tailored to the individual and their needs. Information on current fees is available on the website.

The invoice will be sent via email or Twint.

A client relationship is established as soon as an appointment – either verbally or in writing – is agreed upon and confirmed by Vitalis Coaching & Mentoring.

The legal basis for the collaboration is the law of agency pursuant to Articles 394–404 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Both the client and the contractor are entitled to terminate the mandate at any time. Regardless of when the termination occurs, a final meeting will be held.

Appointments already scheduled are binding and generally cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If an appointment is missed, the corresponding costs will be charged. An exception is made in cases of illness or accident; upon presentation of a doctor's certificate, the appointment can be rescheduled to another date at no additional cost.

Should Vitalis Coaching & Mentoring be prevented from conducting an appointment for valid reasons, such as illness or accident, you will be informed promptly. In this case, a replacement appointment will be arranged.

The services rendered will be itemized in a written invoice and are due upon delivery of the invoice.

All materials provided are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution is only permitted with express consent. Use is exclusively for personal purposes.

Vitalis Coaching & Mentoring accepts no liability for accidents, theft, or lost items. Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

All information discussed during the consultation is confidential. Information will only be shared with third parties with explicit consent. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the collaboration. Personal documents will be stored responsibly and securely.

The consultation is conducted with professional diligence and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee the success of the measures taken.
