Biography
Dr. Gerd Möller is an internationally experienced medical leadership expert in Medical Affairs and pharmaceutical medicine.
He works as a Medical Affairs Leader in the pharmaceutical industry and has many years of experience in the strategic development, leadership, and scaling of medical functions in international companies. His focus lies at the interface between clinical science, evidence-based medicine, strategic product development, and market access.
Over his career, he has built and led medical teams across Europe and in international organisations, particularly in medical strategy, real-world evidence, stakeholder management, and scientific communication. He is also active in academic teaching, lecturing on Medical Affairs Management in the master’s programme at Grenoble École de Management (GEM), where he strengthens the link between industry, science, and education.
Dr. Möller is also active in scientific associations, including as spokesperson for the Medical Affairs division of the German Society for Pharmaceutical Medicine (DGPharMed). In this role, he actively contributes to advancing standards, frameworks, and best practices in Medical Affairs.
His professional profile is shaped by a combination of medical training, clinical experience, a background in health economics, and many years of leadership in the international life sciences industry.
