Tariffs

VITALIS provides coaching and mentoring services. The following rates apply to these services.

Location and travel expenses

If the consultation takes place outside the practice premises, the resulting travel expenses will be billed separately according to the actual costs incurred.

Payment terms

Invoices are sent via email and are due upon receipt. The following regulations apply in case of late payment:

First reminder: free of charge
Second reminder: CHF 50 reminder fee
Debt collection proceedings: CHF 100 processing fee plus additional costs

Services will be suspended or provided only against prepayment if payment is not received.

Initial consultation

The initial consultation lasts up to 45 minutes and is charged at a flat rate with a protection fee of CHF 90.
The protection fee is waived in case of cooperation.
Payment can be made in cash or by invoice.
A processing fee of CHF 50 will be charged for cancellations without a replacement date being arranged.
