Biography
Project manager with broad international experience delivering projects across various sectors: healthcare, pharma, information technology, banking and investment management, and consulting. Experienced in working with C-level executives and leading cross-functional, globally distributed project teams in matrix organisations. Core Competencies and Experience Project Management: Leading projects from initiation to completion with average budgets of around USD 2 million. Responsible for defining project scope and timelines, drafting project charters, risk management, developing response strategies, and performance monitoring. Experienced in both classic (waterfall) and agile project methodologies. Team Leadership: Leading globally distributed, interdisciplinary teams (including in the USA, UK, India, Singapore, Canada, and Switzerland).
