Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a scientifically recognised medical method for the targeted regulation of brain activity. Using EEG measurement, the brain's electrical signals are recorded and fed back in real time. This way, our participants learn to consciously influence their neural processes and improve the brain's self-regulation — for example, with attention disorders, stress, sleep problems, or emotional tension. At VITALIS, neurofeedback is often used in combination with coaching or mentoring to boost mental performance and unfold personal potential as fully as possible.

Improved ability to concentrate

Neurofeedback trains the brain to stay focused and tune out distractions better. This allows tasks to be handled more efficiently, in a more structured way, and with sustained attention — a decisive advantage in a demanding working day.

Performance optimisation

Neurofeedback strengthens creativity, resilience, and leadership skills. In combination with life or career coaching, it helps individuals to develop their full performance potential and remain successful in the long term.

Increased self-awareness

Participants develop a better understanding of their own mental states and response patterns. This awareness forms the basis for personal growth and lasting behavioural change.

Improved stress regulation

Through targeted training of brain activity, participants learn to recognise stress signals early and actively counteract them. This fosters calm, composure, and stable performance even in challenging situations.

Sleep quality and recovery

Neurofeedback can help reduce problems with falling and staying asleep by teaching the brain to shift into a relaxed state. Better sleep quality boosts not only recovery but also concentration, mood, and everyday performance.

Increased emotional stability

Neurofeedback supports the regulation of emotional responses and helps you maintain inner balance. This has a positive effect on communication, team dynamics, and decision-making.
