Values-based decision-making

self-consciousness

Service Description

Decisions are not only made rationally, but are also significantly influenced by individual values, internal priorities, and personal evaluation patterns – often without conscious awareness. This module makes personal value structures and internal decision-making criteria visible, clarifies goal and value conflicts, and strengthens the ability to make coherent and consistent decisions. This fosters greater inner security, orientation, and resilience – even when faced with complex or ambivalent decision-making challenges. The module can be conducted as coaching (focus: clarifying values, decision-making logic, and internal alignment) or as mentoring (focus: application in concrete decision-making processes and everyday situations) – depending on the objective. Typical signs: Decisions are repeatedly postponed or subsequently questioned. Internal goal or value conflicts make clear prioritization difficult. Decisions made do not feel consistently right. This module helps you make value-based and clear decisions – before internal contradictions block orientation and action.
