Service Description
Stressful situations often trigger individual vulnerabilities – frequently unconsciously. This module makes personal stress and strain patterns visible, strengthens inner resources, and transforms automatic coping mechanisms. This fosters greater psychological resilience, self-regulation, and emotional stability. The module can be delivered as coaching (focusing on personal development and inner strength) or as mentoring (focusing on application in a professional context) – depending on the objectives. Typical signs: Stressful situations quickly become overwhelming or have a prolonged impact. Similar challenges repeatedly lead to exhaustion or withdrawal. Regeneration and setting boundaries are difficult. This module helps to build resilience in a targeted way – before stress has a lasting effect.
