Service Description

Stress usually has recurring triggers – often unconscious. This module makes personal stress triggers visible, reduces their impact, and changes automatic reaction patterns. This leads to greater clarity, self-control, and emotional stability. The module can be conducted as coaching (focus: personal development and emotional regulation) or as mentoring (focus: application in a professional context) – depending on the objective. Typical signs: Stress feels sudden or excessively intense Similar situations repeatedly trigger the same reaction Stress reactions are difficult to control This module helps defuse stress early on – before it controls you.
