I’m Mathieu Rembold, Managing Director of VITALIS Coaching & Consulting in Basel.

My leadership is defined by structured thinking, clear process management, and consistent effectiveness. I combine analytical precision with a sense of responsibility and shape the conditions that enable direction, excellence, and lasting performance.
Biography
Profile Strategic development of Japanese business relationships with a focus on Tokyo, as well as leadership of the VITALIS branch in Basel. Interdisciplinary background in philosophy and Japanese studies (University of Zurich / University of Basel, 2022–2025), with integrated Zazen practice as part of his own working and decision-making structure. Business-fluent Japanese, along with several years of linguistic and cultural immersion.
