I support people through phases of change, stress, and reorientation — calmly, in a structured way, and with a fine sense for the breath that connects and enlivens everything. Breathing is fundamental: it's our direct anchor to the nervous system, it regulates emotions, creates inner space for clarity, and gives us back the natural strength we so often forget in daily life. As a breathing coach trained in the Middendorf method, I use conscious breath work to release blocks and tension — afterwards, people feel more at ease, lighter, and equipped with a new inner freedom that lasts. Drawing on more than 10 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Roche, Novartis, and Siegfried, I bring precise structure, GMP-tested rigour, and a focus on effectiveness: benefits such as lasting stress reduction, sharper concentration, resilient decision-making, and durable energy in both professional and personal life.
